Talk to the kid the moment you feel that some amount stress is creeping in. usually kids open up when you cajole him to talk it out in a relaxed environment. For this, the child needs to feel relaxed and trust you that everything is going to be alright. Don’t force the child to speak up; instead share some bad experience of yours and tell him how you came over it by talking about it. If it is not possible at home, take the child out in a garden or a park and have fun. Then slowly bring up the topic. The child will respond when he feels light from inside. Childhood stress is not a very serious problem if you remain alert and be there for your child all the time. The help that you give him now will contribute in shaping up his personality.

Again Level of stress & reason for the same may be different for every individual. Especially for young generation. Sometimes Same situation may create stress unknowingly, and many times it is the only age when the person may be hesitant to discuss his/her nervousness.
What I feel here important is a Wall with slight Emotions which can just listen the boy or the girl. The Wall may be in the form of Parents, Brother, Sister, or a Good Friend… (Here I believe then why it can’t be a Teacher/Senior – where the students/juniors feel comfortable to share their views)

There may be lots of books, literature on Stress Management, but I feel the utmost important is neither the books, nor the consultant –but a strong place you may give the name of any relation to share all these issues & rest of the things just goes fine as he/she is the only person who can convince you – “AL iz Well”

Apart from that – a different outlook at Stress, found a presentation on Stress by RASGAS MEDICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT

After watching it I felt if U r Stressed, don’t be tensed as it can improve your performance.

It happened to be consecutive 5th workshop on MATLAB those days we had to carry out & this time at MAE Alandi; got rid of it those days. I ever like to discuss on signal processing, Z-Transform, my all time favorite — DFT’s & Image Processing stuff with MATLAB … (ya those 6 alphabets I was hating a lot some time ago)

But feel too odd to spare the initial felicitation for The Guest, which has to take place many times by the hands of Principal of the Institute & that to before the senior staff of the Institute from whom I learnt many things in my life. Those buke, flowers, momentos… Really feel ‘am I this much senior, matured, known in this domain to get felicitations. Will all this take me away from base line?’

It happened to be one of the same workshops where author was in the role of Resource Person… disciplined, cyclostyle role for any individual…& the end audience was S.E. students, M.A.E. this time.

After reaching there I realized, it was Traditional Day in the college. & all most all are in Ethnic wear.

Started out the sessions in the morning as ‘Real Guest Faculty….’ But all the way it was coming real Kaustubh Sakhare out there. If participants are in ethnic, me ka nahi? (Jaisa Gaon vaisa bhes)

A guest faculty should be…. What are the protocols … what is the trend….? I should do it or No…?

My brain stopped thinking & mind gave the decision — Thanks to Gajanan Bhau working over there at MAE for helping me to get New Dhoti & Kurta in Alandi.

With due permission of the organizers & students, post Lunch sessions of the workshop worked out with ‘Guruji’s Guest lecture on MATLAB & S&S.’

Special appreciation to the students for keeping up the enthu for the whole day in workshop while all their batch mates were enjoying ‘Trad. Day’ outside.

Ramsharan… all together a different character then became special personality in my Lyf.

We complain about the things we get or curse our destiny for the things we never get. People are there who start walking with their destiny without even thinking where it will lead them. Can they think all these issues? & if they think also can they Change?
One of them was Ram… before he learned the first alphabet in his life started ‘Laboring’. our desire leads us in life. Ram continued his schooling upto 7th std.I asked him Curiously..

Me: “Then why you left your school after 7th?”
Ram: kaise jata dost jab meri padhai ke liye meri chhoti bahan ko Majuri karni pad rahi ho?
Me: kitne din se kar raha hai ye sab?
Ram: jab din kya hota hai ye bhi nahi pata tha.
Neither the Books, nor Sanskar many times just Situation teaches everything.

The day continued with plastering the building. While carrying the cement, I was engaged in comparing what is the proportion of Cement, Retie, Bricks in the material & what I learnt, heard in Civil engg.
Still I remember – while returning from school I was cursing the slope on road which I had to take on my cycle. I was worried when it’ll go from my Life?
‘The slope’ on Hebbal road…? Will it go from Ram’s life?

When I give something to someone – I expect it to be remembered, just for a lift given on road I expect a thanks. I expect juniors to wish me when meet in road.
What Can I offer to Ram?

1st evening I thought I got a good lesson in my life. Now just to Listen songs on FM may be in Kannada… (B’cz still then I was not even in position to distinguish southern Lang ), a full plate of Rice & Rassam.. (yes now I wanted it to have) …may be a typical routine of a labor.

I thought of asking Ram what he does?

Me: Ram ab kya karega ghar ja ke.. ?

Ram: Sabji launga, bahan ke sath khana pakaunga.

Me: Uske bad.. Kuchh gane vane.. FM, TV hoga Na Kisi ke pass.

Ram: Ha rahta hai aksar kisi ke pass.mai to hafte ke 2 picture theater me hi dekhata hu.

Me: Kya pictures vo bhi theater me? Lekin Hindi to nahi lagte yaha jada. Samazati hai tuze inki bhasha?

Ram: Are bhai samajani to padegi akhir roti jo de rahi hai ye hame aaj. Aur hame kaha ise le ja ke apne gaon me bolani hai ! Lekin hamare to shauk hi aur hai. aayega mere sath kal?
kam pe 7.30 baje jana hai to subah 6 baje aana yahi Bhima’s pe.yahi hamare basti ke pas ground hai ek vaha Kabbadi khelate hai ham sab.aur barsat rahi to ‘phootbal’
Me: ‘Kabbaddi’ …. Nahi kaise bolu mai. Suna hai yaha ki Mitti pili hai.. kya isme bhi vahi mahak hai jo mere yaha kale mitti me hoti hai.

( Shayad dusara din pahle se jada thrilling tha jab subah pili mitti pe sab kale chehare (mny of them from South) kabbadi khelane vale the aur mere din ki suruvat hone vali thi ‘Har Har Mahadev … Jay Bhavani’ ki gunj se).

First 2 min. On the Kabaddi Court — faces probably from all the corners of Country just cheering ‘Har Har Mahadev’

They know Shivaji Mahraj.. Do we know Rani Chennamma? Have we heard of Raja Chhatrasal..? Do we ever utter the name of Maharana Pratap?

1000 Km from my place, now I realized where I came from? What I meant for other people coming there…

Usually our personalities take us to one or more of these hats naturally; but here the 6 Hats method requires that each hat be worn cordially- more or less.For ex. It becomes easier if all are all playing the same game by the same rules.

And that’s what Six Thinking Hats does.

It provides a outline- protocol to follow. The traditional method of G.D. where everyone put his logic, which leads the G.D.to argument and many times Discussions driven by particular person- which can be replaced by lateral, collaborative thinking. Where the best idea wins- not just the best thinker.

Don’t know what is the exact significance of Trust in MY own Life … but think that some times people just wait to prove U Wrong.U keep on trusting them & they keep on searching the chances to break it….

Bhai: Are haa mere lal ab ye Pintu ko dekh – Maine hi to bulaya na use Ajmer se, use bhi to bola thode din kar le jo mila vo. (To Me) Dekh Munna kya nam hai tera, naya hai filhal tu aur kam bhi nahi ata kuch khas. 125 Rs dunga roj ka.aur koi hoga to le ayiyo kal se tere sath.

Me: Jee Bhai ji.

Bhai: Are ha Sharan vo apane Shahanawaz ko bol na bulaya hai maine.

Ramsharan: Jee Bhaiji bol dunga.
