Stress — Understand it First
Stress is a condition that affects not just adults, but children as well. As and when a child is exposed to the environment surrounding him and he starts to live situations around him, he is exposed to stress in different levels.
Home is the first social environment children are exposed to and the environment in a home directly affects the stress level in children. If the environment is relaxed and happy, a child feels less of stress. Instead, if the environment is tense and parents tend to fight over petty issues, the stress level in a small kid is bound to be high.
Talk to the kid the moment you feel that some amount stress is creeping in. usually kids open up when you cajole him to talk it out in a relaxed environment. For this, the child needs to feel relaxed and trust you that everything is going to be alright. Don’t force the child to speak up; instead share some bad experience of yours and tell him how you came over it by talking about it. If it is not possible at home, take the child out in a garden or a park and have fun. Then slowly bring up the topic. The child will respond when he feels light from inside. Childhood stress is not a very serious problem if you remain alert and be there for your child all the time. The help that you give him now will contribute in shaping up his personality.
Again Level of stress & reason for the same may be different for every individual. Especially for young generation. Sometimes Same situation may create stress unknowingly, and many times it is the only age when the person may be hesitant to discuss his/her nervousness.
What I feel here important is a Wall with slight Emotions which can just listen the boy or the girl. The Wall may be in the form of Parents, Brother, Sister, or a Good Friend… (Here I believe then why it can’t be a Teacher/Senior – where the students/juniors feel comfortable to share their views)
There may be lots of books, literature on Stress Management, but I feel the utmost important is neither the books, nor the consultant –but a strong place you may give the name of any relation to share all these issues & rest of the things just goes fine as he/she is the only person who can convince you – “AL iz Well”

it is really true.in that age many times we shy to discuss the things.and now days for young generation really it is going hard to keep their calm in such stress conditions

agadi khar bolalis. though we get everything sometimes, few things we won’t discuss normally.but we shd gv this environment to overcome stress.

& I too feel best of my performance Under stress only !
but really not good always to keep the stress with us only.
